Hob and oven exterior wiped and degreased, range hood filter cleaned, splashback scrubbed, worktops and surfaces wiped, sink and taps descaled, cabinet fronts wiped, microwave interior cleaned, floor mopped. For deep cleans: oven interior, cabinet interiors, grout lines.
✓ Bathrooms
Toilet cleaned including behind and under the rim, shower screen descaled, tiles scrubbed, taps and shower head descaled, mirror polished, surfaces wiped, floor mopped, extractor fan dusted. Colour-coded cloths used — bathroom equipment never crosses to other rooms.
✓ Bedrooms
Surfaces dusted including skirting boards, window ledges, and door frames; wardrobe tops and handles wiped; floors vacuumed and mopped; AC vents dusted; ceiling fan cleaned. For deep cleans: wardrobe interiors and under beds. Mattress cleaning is available as an add-on.
✓ Living Room & Majlis
Surfaces dusted, TV unit and shelving wiped, skirting boards cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, AC vents dusted, glass surfaces polished. Sofa surface-wiped (full sofa cleaning available as add-on at AED 30/seat).
✓ Balcony
Floor swept and mopped, railing wiped, outdoor furniture surface-cleaned, sliding door tracks cleaned. For villas: outdoor kitchen area degreased where accessible.
✓ Kitchen & Laundry (Villa)
Washing machine exterior wiped, dryer filter cleaned, sink descaled, shelving wiped, floor mopped. Included in all villa deep cleans as standard.
Before the team leaves, the lead cleaner does a walkthrough of every area cleaned. If anything has been missed or you are not satisfied with any part of the clean, we address it immediately — before we leave.
Pre-Departure Walkthrough
The team lead checks each room against the cleaning checklist before calling the job complete. You are welcome to inspect alongside us.
Immediate Rectification
If you notice something during the walkthrough, the team fixes it on the spot. We do not leave until you are satisfied with the result.
No Hidden Charges
The price confirmed before arrival is the price you pay. No additions, no extras, no revised invoices on the day. What we quoted is what you pay.

You do not need to be home, but you are welcome to stay. Many clients provide building access and leave the team to clean independently. If you prefer not to be present, we simply WhatsApp you when we arrive and when the clean is complete. The team will not move personal belongings beyond what is needed to clean surfaces.
Tell us before the team leaves — we will fix it on the spot. If you notice something after the team has left, WhatsApp us within 24 hours and we will return to address it at no extra charge. Our goal is a clean you are fully satisfied with, not just a completed visit.
Yes. All our products are Dubai Municipality approved and we use eco-friendly formulations wherever possible. Our products are safe around children, pets, and food preparation surfaces. If you have specific product sensitivities or allergies, tell us when booking and we will accommodate.
Team size depends on the job. A 1-bedroom apartment typically gets 1–2 cleaners for 3 hours. A 3-bedroom villa may get a team of 2–3 cleaners for 6–8 hours. We confirm the team size and estimated duration when we give you the quote — so you know what to expect before confirming.
The minimum booking is 3 hours. For very small spaces that would take less time, we recommend adding carpet or sofa cleaning to make productive use of the 3-hour minimum.
Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning contracts for both homes and offices. Regular clients get priority booking slots and consistent team assignment where possible. There is no lock-in — you can adjust your schedule or cancel at any time by WhatsApp.
